How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping within Hong Kong is free. Shipping to all other countries outside of Hong Kong is calculated at checkout.

Please note that for deliveries when applicable, import duties, taxes and customs or clearance charges may be payable in the recipient's country and are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us should you wish to cancel your order or to return any goods to us for refund.

How long will it take to receive my bed?

The Liebling custom dog bed takes on average 6-8 weeks for manufacture and delivery. The clock begins on the day after the payment has been received.

How do I track the delivery status of my shipment?

You can check the current status of your order at any time either via the link in your order confirmation or the link in your shipping confirmation, as well as through your customer account.

Can I return The Liebling?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Each Liebling is crafted specifically to your order requirements, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will work with you to correct the issue. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at support@theliebling.com, providing your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or incorrect item. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

In the case of an approved return due to a defective or incorrect product, we may require you to return the original product to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that are deemed to be damaged through misuse, improper care, or negligence after receipt.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where a defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been issued. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
